Tire Building Machine
Tire building machine is a special equipment for tire production that combines semi-finished parts (such as tread, sidewall, crown rubber, carcass, etc.) to form tire embryos according to process requirements. Uses: Mainly used to dry the hanging rubber cord, wire ring, tread and other components into the tire embryo. According to different uses can be divided into ordinary tire building machine and radial tire building machine two categories. The whole process of radial tire molding is completed by a molding machine, which is called one-time molding method; the carcass is made by a modified ordinary tire molding machine, and then molded on the radial tire molding machine, which is called two-time molding method.

Tire Curing Machine
